CrossFit Classes

If you want to work toward being fitter, looking better, finding health and longevity, and/or be ready for Colorado’s outdoor splendors then our CrossFit group classes are for you. Our program delivers on the CrossFit tenets, providing individuals a fun, challenging, and rewarding path to achieve an unparalleled fitness level through daily group class.

CrossFit is designed to be constantly varied, meaning everyday is different so you never get bored. Workouts can be adjusted in weight, intensity, and certain mechanics to scale to the experience and fitness levels of any individual, be it a total fitness beginner or elite competitive CrossFitter.

Bootcamp

A high-paced, functional bootcamp with a focus on light weights and high reps. The class format varies widely from day-to-day while following the basic tenets of CrossFit in a fun and supportive environment. Compared to CrossFit workout durations that span from 5 to 20+ minutes, Trailhead’s Bootcamp classes lean on the longer side of the time spectrum.

Strength

Designed with a “functional bodybuilding” template in mind, the program is written to build muscle, get you strong, and keep you strong.  Class structure is loose and fun, with all the lifting happening in a group environment and under coach supervision so you stay safe while getting stronger.  Each week follows a similar template: Monday – upper body push, Wednesday – upper body pull, Friday – lower body and core. Get your beach muscles ready and see you there!

Personal Training

The Trailhead CrossFit team works 1-on-1, in private sessions, with individuals to support their life, athletic, and long-term goals. Whether you have a rigorous job, need help with accountability or consistency, or have a specific athletic goal in mind, when you sign up for Personal Training with us, you’re signing up for a unique program specifically for your current fitness level. Our Coaches will track your progress over the course of your sessions.

CrossFit Kids & Teens

The Kids (5-10 years old) program focuses on having fun, learning to move their bodies, and developing the love for a challenge. Kids learn proper mechanics and consistency in a safe, supportive, and structured environment. Whether your child is looking to cross-train for another sport or just starting their active journey, this program is for them!

The Teens (11-17 years old) programs are for the students looking to improve their sports performance or create a positive relationship with fitness and health. Students become fast, explosive, powerful, strong, and agile through a supportive and challenging environment. This program yields confidence and toughness that translates to the field, classroom, and life. By scaling speed, volume, load, and intensity, we make each session appropriate for the beginner through to the elite high school athlete.
