Trailhead CrossFit

Trailhead CrossFit is home to a diverse community of all ages, skill levels, orientations, beliefs, nationalities, and professions focused on becoming the healthiest version of themselves through world-class fitness and nutrition.

We do this by utilizing the CrossFit methodology, hard work, and a commitment to consistency. And through the power of community we are able to achieve growth, leading to long-term, sustainable results.

These four elements define Trailhead CrossFit’s “why”. We want to be able to truly live life well into our 80’s and 90’s, enjoying shared experiences with family and community. Engrained in the Colorado way of life is the outdoors, and Trailhead CrossFit’s community yearns for these adventures. We look forward to working out in an environment that trains hard and holds each other accountable. We celebrate each others successes and support each other through the struggles.

Coaches

At Trailhead CrossFit, our team is made up of individuals who have a passion for coaching, holding numerous fitness certifications, including CrossFit Levels 1, 2, and 3, Nutrition and Specialty Certifications.

What differentiates Trailhead CrossFit’s coaches goes beyond the technical breadth, rather, their extensive experience applying this knowledge with athletes on a wide range of abilities and ages. Their positive impact on Trailhead’s community is unmatched.

We strongly believe that no matter the starting point, every individual has the potential to grow to elite levels of health through functional fitness provided by world-class coaching.
