It’s test out day today!! That means you NEED to get in here and get your numbers in. Remember, these numbers are incredibly important so that we can see where everyone’s fitness improvements or decreases lie along a continuum to most effectively program. This ensures that programming put out by Trailhead CrossFit is the most compatible with what YOU need!!
Warm up:

Today we need to make sure we are moving quickly. There is a LOT of stuff to get done and not too much time to do it. If you can, show up a little early. As there is no “timed” WOD today we do not need to start each individual together, i.e. you’ll be able to start getting your numbers as soon as you’re ready!
