CrossFit for Hope
This saturday we will be running the CrossFit for Hope competition beginning at 10 am! This means that the 11 am class and open gym at 10 will be cancelled for this Saturday only! The 9 am class will run as usual. We have several athletes signed up to compete currently, but I’d like to see as many athletes as possible register for this event!!! Proceeds are all going 100% to support research to battle childhood cancer’s, an obviously amazing cause! If you aren’t signed up, go to www.hope.crossfit.com and register by choosing Trailhead CrossFit as your affiliate. If you aren’t registering, it’d be great to have a lot of people there to cheer on the athletes as they compete!
