Saturday Classes Notice:

Due to Coach B judging at regionals and all other coaches and a large number of athletes headed down to check out regionals this weekend, all Saturday (5/5) classes will be cancelled.  Sorry for the inconvenience!

Warm up:
mobility
row 500 meters
burgener warm up
10 each of:

  • squats
  • overhead squats
  • pull ups
  • push ups
  • kb swing
  • GHD
    • sit ups
    • hip extensions

 

Strength:

Back Squat 3-3-3-3-3-3-3

 

Met Con:

row 2500 meters for time
