- sit ups
- hip extensions
Skill:
15 minutes of double under or handstand walk work
- if you don’t have double unders, this time is for that, but if you do, work on handstand walks in free space
- if you have a handstand walk…can you stop, do a handstand push up and continue on?
WOD:

25 wall ball shots, 20/14
25 floor sweepers, 135/95
25 supine pull ups
