Warm up:
mobility
row 500 meters
burgener warm up
10 each of:

  • squats
  • pull ups
  • push ups
  • kb swing
  • GHD
    • sit ups
    • hip extensions

 

Skill:

15 minutes of double under or handstand walk work

  • if you don’t have double unders, this time is for that, but if you do, work on handstand walks in free space
  • if you have a handstand walk…can you stop, do a handstand push up and continue on?

 

WOD:

3 rounds for time of:
25 wall ball shots, 20/14
25 floor sweepers, 135/95
25 supine pull ups
