This is a GREAT video talking about foot positioning during squating.  We see a lot of issues related directly to this in the gym on a daily basis and we can solve lots of knee and ankle issues simply by making a small change!

Please note**  I am aware that there have been several scheduling issues with our current system!  Not to worry, we are in the process of getting a new platform in place that will allow a much more streamlined scheduling approach, but will also include online payment ability.  We should have things up and running, at least the schedule, in no more than 3 weeks.  Until then, should a class seem closed or your having difficulty scheduling, please email or text me at the contacts listed to the left…since adding more classes, it will be quite rare that a class fills up.  Also, Saturday’s at 9:00 am fill up fast, but rest assured, at 5 pm on friday we will open the class up to more athletes.  Sorry for the inconvenience, but a better system is soon on its way!
