“Fight Gone Bad – Championship bout”
In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute.The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. On call of “rotate”, the athletes must move to next station immediately for best score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.

Holiday Schedule Changes
Due to the holiday there are a few key changes to the schedule, which are currently reflected on the “class schedule” tab. The changes are as follows:
Wednesday: 6:30 am class is cancelled…all other classes will run as normal.
Thursday: Closed for Thanksgiving
Friday: The only classes running will be at 9:00 am and 12:00 noon.
Also, there will be open gym on Wednesday AND Friday from 10:00 am to noon. There is no need to sign up in advance for open gym times. Saturday the 26th class schedule will return to normal.
