  • double unders
  • kb swing
  • GHD
    • sit ups
    • hip extensions

 

WOD:
run 1 mile for time

then…

2 minutes each for reps of
Wall ball shots
Burpees
Double unders
24″ box jump
SDHP, 75 lbs
