With a constantly running clock, do 60 squats in the first 60 seconds. For every squat not completed in the first 60 seconds complete 1 pull-up and 1 games push up. In the third minute switch back to squats for another 60 seconds. Continue this pattern until failure or a maximum of 12 minutes.

1) Congratulations to Linda for getting her very first unassisted pull-ups this last Saturday! You’ve been busting your butt Linda and it’s paying off, everyone can see your dedication and its very inspiring! Make sure to congratulate her on a job well done if you see her shining face in the gym this week.
2) WE’RE MOVING!! The lease has been signed and we will be moving out of Anytime Fitness into our own box within weeks. Equipment has been ordered and is on its way. My hope is to be up and running in the new box by Tuesday March 1st, but depending on how fast equipment shows up and gets set up it may be more like Monday March, 7th.
